All subscriptions are payable in advance and all rates
include postage but exclude local and national sales taxes
where applicable. Subscribers are requested to send payment
with their order whenever possible. Issues will be sent on
receipt of payment. Subscriptions are entered on an annual
basis, i.e. January to December. Please note prices are
subject to change without notice.
Shipping
Journals produced in INDONESIA are sent by surface mail to all other countries.
